Existing boards worn, peeling or out of date? Send us photos and sizes. We redraw the layout, update it to suit the tools you use now and make the replacement in-house.

What you get
- No site visit needed. We work from your photos and measurements.
- Direct print, no vinyl to peel. Shadows printed onto aluminium composite (ACM) with a UV-cured coating.
- Same footprint or a better fit. Match the existing size and fixings, or resize to suit the current tool set.
- Updated retention. Keep your layout or upgrade to stainless hooks, spring clips or magnet holders.
- Consistent across the site. Standardise colours, headings and logos as you replace each board.
How replacement works
Step 01
Photograph and measure
Send a face-on photo of each existing board with its overall width and height. Tell us which tools to add, remove or swap.
Step 02
Quotation and official proof
We quote from your photos. Once the quotation is approved and we have a purchase order or payment, we redraw the layout as an official 1:1 proof in the design portal for you to amend and approve.
Step 03
Manufacture and delivery
Made in-house in Ipswich, normally in 5–7 working days from proof approval, with delivery normally 1 working day after despatch.
