How a bespoke board is designed and made
Six steps, one sign-off. You see a scaled proof of every board before anything is cut, and you know the lead time before you commit.

Enquiry
Tell us what you need, where it will go, and send photographs if you have them. We reply within one working day with questions or a proposal.

Step 02
Site survey
For multi-board projects or installations we visit, measure and photograph each location, and confirm tool lists with the people who use them.

Step 03
Design proof
We produce a scaled proof of each board showing layout, labels, colours and fixings. You review it with the team and mark up changes.

Step 04
Approval
Once the proof is signed off we issue an order confirmation with lead time. Nothing is manufactured until you approve it.

Step 05
Manufacture
Boards are printed, cut and assembled at our UK facility. Each board is checked against its proof before packing.

Delivery and installation support
Boards ship with fixings and a fitting guide. For larger programmes we can install, or attend to support your own team.

Lead times
How long it takes
Typical lead time from approved proof to dispatch is [X] working days. Site surveys and installation are scheduled separately.
Lead time is confirmed in writing at order confirmation. Multi-site programmes are scheduled in phases and agreed with you in advance.
